I remember our first Sudbury customer was an elderly lady who wanted tostay in touch with her daughter in Russia through email. In those days, we did a lot of handholding with cus- tomers because the internet wasn’t widespread.CIO: How has the company al- ways distinguished itself from the competition?Luke Gasteiger: As a customer, you always get personal service from Vianet.
