on other products, some had a history with us as a sounding board for our ideas, and some we just thought were cool and wanted to hear their opinion.Some of these clients just saw screengrabs, others were given walk- throughs but in all cases the feedback we received was pretty consistent both in terms of sentiment (positive, whew!) and the language they were suggesting to be used in the name.In the end, client feedback result- ed in a different name for the product than what we had initially devised,and that’s a good thing. A good prod- uct name can’t be too generic or so safe that its only virtue is that it doesn’t of- fend anyone. Bear in mind that you definitely won’t make everyone happy (sorry to the person who wanted to name it Dave).
