are happy to assist in this area. Given our place in the commercial office mar- ket we especially understand these requirements for landlords in their day to day business. Occupant engagement or student engagement initiatives at offices or post-secondary institutions invite a lot of great feedback during the design and construction phases of a project. What factors set HH Angus apart from the competition?KO: HH Angus has a long and stable history. We are fast approach- ing our centennial year (2019) which is something we are very proud of. We have remained a privately-held com- pany because we have maintained a strong client base and have been ableto provide a range of specialized ser- vices, which I believe is the difference. We have been able to adapt and carve out niche areas that separate us from others.Do you have any key messages for future clients?KO: We are a young, collabora- tive, and active participant in the de- sign and construction process. We are very agile and can adapt quickly to any challenges or objectives that the Client would like to pursue. Most im- portantly to me, is to ensure that the construction and design process is fair to all parties and provides a safe and satisfactory outcome that encompasses and adopts all of the desired outcomes.November, 2015	| Canadian Industry Online |39
