There is a lot of support, and we promote hav- ing the Design Engineer committed to all phases of the project, which in turn helps ensure the success of the project.How will the commercial divi- sion grow in the next 3-5 years?KO: We have a young group. They are great at absorbing informa- tion. At the same time they ask ques- tions and seek answers and then chal- lenge the answers. Our growth will be through the development of the team. We will provide a strong, confident group for project work and, through this ideal, we will attract and maintainnew and existing clients.How do green building practices factor in?KO: We are always looking at opportunities. This is a typical service we provide to our Clients. We have always provided our clients with the most efficient approach to their build- ing systems, even before anyone was talking about sustainability. As we like to say, ‘why would we design any other way?’. At this point, we don’t even have to tell clients that we’re us- ing “green” practices; it’s just what we do. With regard to the marketplace, Green practices are certainly a great way for our clients to attract new ten- ants.
