This is also the predominant sector for infrastructure renewal. It is a competitive market and the means and methods to attract new tenants are changing. An example of this is the WELL initiative which will become more commonplace in the future.In addition to office space, we have been more actively involved with projects in the education (mainly post- secondary) sector.
