turing facility. Even if the company has
not yet manufactured a specific design
or model of store fixture, a customer
can rest assured that the AFL team will
construct it. “We have diversified into
producing both standard and custom
designs, hybrid in nature: our answer
is always ‘yes, we can do that for
you.’” We find ways of incorporating a
vast mixture of materials and textures
into the products we produce. The
company is truly setting the standard
for retail store fixture design and inno-
vation. The AFL design team provides
3-
D models, renderings, and technical
drawings to clients to help them visu-
alize the end product.
A FUTURE OF SUCCESS
AFL Display has a staunch com-
mitment to customers, but also is
committed to running a sustainable
facility and providing support to the
community. The company runs an ef-
ficient facility, committed to environ-
mentally-friendly fixture development.
It recycles as much plastic, glass, and
aluminum and paper waste from its
processes as possible.
The company is also active in
the community. AFL Display contrib-
utes to a variety of work programs
for youth and adults, including WSIB
Return to Work, York Regional Co Op
Education and the Ontario Ministry of
Education Passport to Prosperity. The
company is part of the Green Light
Team, and the AFL staff regularly vol-
unteers their time to shelters and food
banks, as well as senior and rehabilita-
tion homes.
Our employees have grown in
their jobs; some have been with us
more than 25 years. They are convey-
ors of the message of quality for AFL
Display, and the story gets passed
through the company. We are looking
forward to another 30 years,” Mr. Man-
delker concludes. For more informa-
