Mission Statement
Innovation PEI is focused on advancing economic
development in Prince Edward Island by investing in
people, innovation, and infrastructure. The organization
is “targeting key sectors that have displayed a high po-
tential for economic growth within the Province.” These
sectors include aerospace, bioscience (including agri-
culture and fisheries), information technology, financial
services and renewable energy. “We strive to assist the
rapid development of these sectors and others to drive
our Island economy through innovative new products
and services,” states the website.

Our goal is to build a stronger Prince Ed-
ward Island by helping businesses create sustain-
able employment opportunities. In order to reach
our objectives, a series of programs and services are
available to promote:
