overzealous, but as a citizen it’s impor- tant to be engaged in what’s going on and that includes government policy that impacts Canadian businesses and people.Education is often a hot-button issue for entrepreneurs: asking them- selves should I or shouldn’t I get more degrees etc. What do you think is the role of education to entrepreneurship? Do you think it’s critical?As an entrepreneur I think thereare a couple of areas you have to be well educated in: human nature (psychol- ogy and being a leader) and  nancial literacy. Business is ultimately about relationships, and being able to man- age relationships is critical. Whether it’s partners, clients, or staff. Financial literacy is something you can’t replace: as a business owner you have to under- stand how to balance the books. But is further education critical? I don’t think so.
